Q. What is Autoship?
A. This program is an AUTOMATIC backup order to keep you qualified for commissions if do NOT meet your minimum monthly qualifying Business Volume (BV) for the Builder, Ultimate Wealth Builder, Business Builder or Wealth Builder Package that you are currently signed up for.
For example, if you are signed-up with:
Builder Package, the minimum monthly qualifying BV for NatureRich Products is 20 BV for 5% commissions at the Builder Level. The minimum monthly qualifying BV for Xp3 products is 50.00 BV for 5% commissions at the Builder Level.
Wealth Builder Package, the minimum monthly qualifying BV for NatureRich Products is 20 BV for 5% commissions and 30 BV for 10% commissions at the Wealth Builder Level. The minimum monthly qualifying BV for Xp3 products is 50.00 BV for 10% commissions at the Wealth Builder Level.
Each month, beginning on the day of the month you indicate your Autoship date to be (must be no later than the 25th of the month), and then the same day each month thereafter, the product(s) that you have selected will be shipped to you ONLY if you do NOT have the qualifying Business Volume (BV) that you need on your account. If you MEET the qualifying Business Volume (BV) that you need on your account, your Autoship order will NOT be sent. If you still want products at that time you will need to place a separate order.

Q. What are the benefits of having an Autoship every month?
A.
  1. You receive tremendous savings. Anytime during the month you can purchase many of the products at the discounted Autoship Pricing and Premier Discount Pricing. To receive the Premier Discount Pricing you will need to have an Autoship Template set up and generate at least one prior order with 50 BV per calendar month
  2. Your Autoship guarantees that if you are a NatureRich Distributor that you will meet your minimum monthly qualifying Business Volume (BV) for that month to earn commissions.

Q. How do I set up my Autoship Template?
A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER. Enter the item number and quantity of the products you want to order and select SAVE CHANGES. Repeat for each product you want to add to your Autoship Template. You may also call Customer Service and they can assist in setting up your Autoship Template for you.

Q. When does my Autoship Order get shipped?
A. The date that you initially set up your Autoship Template (online) is the date that your Autoship Order will be shipped every month. To have your Autoship Order ship on a different date, call Customer Service to have the date changed. You can select any day from the 1st to the 25th of the month.

Q. How do I change my Autoship Template?
A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER. Enter 0 (zero) in the quantity box of the product you want to remove, select SAVE CHANGES. You may then add a new product by entering the item number and quantity of the product you want, select SAVE CHANGES. Repeat for each product you want to change in your Autoship order.

Q. How do I delete my Autoship Template?
A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER. Enter 0 (zero) in ALL of the quantity boxes and select SAVE CHANGES. Your Autoship Template will be empty and nothing will be shipped on your next ship date.

Q. How can I tell what items are currently on my Autoship Template?
A. Log into your Back Office and select BACKUP AUTOSHIP ORDER to view your current Autoship Template.

Q. Can I use a check to pay for my backup Autoship Order?
A. No. We only accept MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa and Visa debit cards.

A. You can make changes to your Autoship template up to 12 hours before your ship date.

Q. Does the reduced Autoship Pricing apply only to the items on the Autoship Template?
A. No. You will receive reduced pricing on ALL product orders as long as you have an Autoship Template set up on your account.
